Assemble and install antenna systems on cell towers, all related flying of equipment, running coax/hybrid, grounding, weatherproofing etc.

  DC Power plant wiring and labeling.  Electrical knowledge with DC/AC systems. Ability to stitch cables with lacing chord (wax string) inside shelters. Troubleshooting various issues in telecom (RSSI, VSWR, CPRI, etc.) Knowledge of spectrum analyzers, PIM testing, & fiber testing along with the test instruments.

Ground Crews Needed.  Trenching, building H-Frames and Ice Bridges, conduit installation and grounding.
